My highlight of 2018

 My favourite highlight of 2018.My favourite time was when we got to to learn about the water          and we made lot's of seed.We had four different teams there names were lighting thunder rain              and clouds.

My favourite thing was when The block to the pools and got to learn how to swim.We even got to do freestyle life jacket but we got into numbers. We put one foot out then we fall in and swim to the platform.

 We were so lucky that we got free ice creams from tip top.Tip top gave it to everyone in our school.The flavour was kiwifruit strawberry mint I only liked the top but bottom one was alright.

My favourite thing was when the year fours first time going to a disco at night.They played heaps of songs and they even done girls vs boys level up dance. We finished at 8:30 and we got chips and drinks for 1 dollar.




   

My dream Job

When i Grow up I want to be a pirate I like pirate ships because you get search everywhere and you can go to other places then you can go fishing.But i hate when it is midnight because scary things come and flies come around your hair.

Hi my name Jordan and i have a sister that comes to this school that is in year 6 turning into a year 7.I like playing games with my friends and like doing my work with my friends because i sometimes get my work done.My favourite subject is maths because i learn timetables and divides and i don’t like getting growled at.I like singing a waiata in the morning in and like dancing with my class. I like coming school early because i play games and when the door opens i put my bag away and then play outside again.I like running around because it keeps me fit and i like eating and drinking because it keeps me hydrated and because it is good to eat and drink.

Once Santa Claus was going on a vacation to a tranquil beach so went on his car and drove to the beach.After a while Santa looked at his phone looked at the weather as soon as he saw it it was gonna rain. So he went to his haunted house he was figuring out where to go as soon as he got an idea a another one came and popped out his head.His idea was to go out of space so he went on a red rocket ship and flew out space as soon as he got he was floating in the rocket ship but he was hungry and thirsty but he forgot them but luckily there was a fridge which had everything he wanted.

Movie review

Do you love action romance and comedy? Well then this is a movie for you. This movie is called The chase by room 13 made in 2014 for the Manaiakalani Film Festival. There was a girl and a boy going on a romantic date. When suddenly a man sneaked up with water in his mouth. He walked up to them and splatted water at them. The girl started rushing him to the play ground then more came to get chased. The main idea of this movie is that the man tried to turn into a girl and he made two girls fall in love then two girls started to chase them. I rate it 5 stars because it was funny when the boy turned into a girl.

The block skipping ropes

On a Tuesday morning The Block played exiting games with skipping ropes outside.One team had to play with the huge ropes while the other teams have to use the little skipping ropes the instructions for game number one was you have to do two skips and sprint with the skipping ropes once you get to the end you get a new one and do five skips then get your old one and boost back to the beginning.The second game was the big ropes we had to dash past ropes then we had do two skips then dart out.Lastly we done the final round two people from each group two people had to race.They dashed the hole course.

Cross country

As the year 4 boys go up to the line Mr burt said ready set then he slammed his clapper.People were dashing to the cones I was jogging to the cones. As I was jogging to the finish line from a long distance.I was gasping for air.Whens I made it to the finish line I felt breathless and relived that it was finally finished.Then we got water and watched the other year fours go.I felt delighted and ecstatic and most of all exhausted.

On Monday morning The Block went to the park.We played elimination tag but we made it harder we added dodge balls.They were as fast as a cheetah they dodged the balls.They boosted all around the play ground. The winner was Marius but he had a terrible accident on his body.there were 2 minutes left people were getting tagged they sat down on the grass because it is not good to lie.

As the girl ran she was completely exhausted while running.After she ran she was crawling to the finish.With a great determination she crosses the finish line.

Rugby

The All Blacks stood with mana and did a fierce pukana making there eyes big and poked their tongues out. The all blacks had the strength of a warrior at the field at Eden park.The other team were feeling a little bit scared.

Chicken noodle soup dance

Today we got to move our body again. On a cold and rainy day we needed chicken noodle soup to warm up.I made up this dance with my friends.

Ned

On Monday pt England school went to the Ned show Cosmo and Ned went to Kenya.At Kenya they wake up at 5am to go to school they finish at 5pm. After that they make home made soccer balls they drink muddy water because it’s the only water that they can drink. The thing that i have learned you can make friends anywhere and another one is that smile is a superpower.when ned was going to kenya he didn’t want to go but went he went to kenya he was happy because there food was yum and they dress up cool and they can hop very high they do challenges like who jumps the highest. They have to go very far to get water they get very thirsty when they need water. they make their house out of mud and stone in villages they have 50 students and 1 teacher ned liked going to kenya when his friends said wrong things that they have said. It felt great because he done magic and told us our superpower.

The seven sisters

Once there lived seven sisters that lived in a valley.they made kites for harvest.
One day the seven sisters that made there kites.The first sister made a green kite then the second one made a orange kite.the third sister made a pink kite from manuka tree.The fourth sister made a red kite from puriri tree. The fifth sister made a blue kite the colour of the river.the sixth sister made a white kite from the toetoe tree the seventh sister made a colourful kite They took their kite up the hill to fly there kite but there was no wind so they decide to go sleep.Suddenly the kites blew away after a while Matariki woke up and cried the the six sisters woke up from the sound of matariki crying. The sisters looked up high in the sky and saw theire kites.The kite went past the twinkling stars the kites were like the stars.

My Catapult

 On Monday Morning theblock made a catapult we used popsicle sticks and  we used pompoms and sellotape for our ammunition people launched every where people hid under chairs and tables. After that we had a challenge first the teachers shouted out the in the Girls went first Miss teleso piked ten girls miss king put a square in the middle.

Going to the zoo

Last Week We Went to the zoo. The block went on the bus to get to the zoo when we got there we had to get off the bus to line up to go into the zoo when we got into the zoo we went to the start where we have morning tea and lunchtime. Then we walk around the zoo i saw a red panda when i walked past it was so fun we had Morning tea and then we went to the birds it was so fun because a big fat bird was sitting in front of us.When i was at the bug lab it was so cool because they were flying still up high. We had our lunch and walked around the zoo i saw a alligator and a flamingo the flamingo was standing still balaneing with on leg the alligator was down in the green water.Then we hopped on the bus and arrived at school.I felt happy because i got to see animals.

Mufti and wheels day

On Friday at Pt England school on lunch time we had mufti and wheels day we had to bring a one dollar or a two dollar as a fundraiser. If you brought mufti or wheels you could ride your wheels at lunch time afternoon. You could also use the bike track too. The principal rode his skateboard but he fell off.


The best part was riding on the rollerskates and going around in laps.


Next year I hope we do it again.

Peter and Benjamin

Peter and Benjamin saw a way to Mr Mcgregor’s garden. As they went on the washing line Peter said “come on” to Benjamin.Peter and Benjamin slid on the washing line.





As Peter and Benjamin balanced on the washing line.Peter fell but benjamin grabed Peters hands. Peter and Benjamin fell on Mr Mcgregor’s pants they peeked though a hole then they slid down





Peter and Benjamin standed up proudly.Suddenly Mr Mcgregor pulled down the pants and Peter and Benjamin dashed then Mr Mcgregor hissed rats then Mr Mcgregor chased. Peter and Benjamin ran to the shovel and brang it down and Mr Mcgregor slowed down and stoppet.








Mr Mcgregor Had a shovel and smashed it to Peter and Benjamin but he missed two times and he missed. Peter and Benjamin ran to the door and saw a tiny hole at the door.
